Singaporean citizen, serves as Independent Commissioner of the Company since June 17, 2014, based on the AGMS 2013. Currently, he also serves as Chairman of Risk Management Committee at DGB Specialized Bank Group Korea.

Previously, he started his career as the Consumer Lending Officer at OCBC Finance (1975 -1976), and after that, his career progressed further in the banking sector, including at Bank of Montreal (1985-1986) as Credit Manager and Deputy of Asia Pacific Regional Credit Officer, Bank of America (1985-1986) as Asst. to Vice President for loan workout and debt restructuring of Singapore clients, Rabobank Nederland (1986-1995) as Asst. to General Manager & Head of Corporate Banking and Arab Bank plc (1999-2008) with the last position as Vice Chairman of the Credit Committee. He also had experience as Independent Director for TT International Ltd and as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Director at EBSB Sdn Berhad (2012).
