The Company was established.
1997
2000
The Company entered the feedmill business in Indonesia.
The Company established a subsidiary, PT Bibit Indonesia.
2001
2003
The Company expanded to East Java, and acquiring a feedmill in Surabaya.
The Company became a public company by listing 40.90% of its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
2006
2007
The Company established PT Prima Fajar, a subsidiary engaging in commercial broiler business by having cooperative ventures.
- The Company issued Malindo’s Bonds I.
- The Company established a new feedmill factory in Cikande Industrial Estate, Banten.
- The Company acquired PT Leong Ayamsatu Primadona.

- The Company repaid Malindo Bonds I
- The Company started its food processing business through its subsidiary of PT. Malindo Food Delight
- The Company obtained the approval letter from Indonesia Stock Exchange for its additional shares through PMT – HMETD
- Feedmill in Grobogan – Central Java started operating
- Construction of the feedmill in Makassar – South Sulawesi
- Construction of new breeding farm and commercial farm

- The Company received permission of processed food export to Japan
- Feedmill in Makassar – South Sulawesi started operating.
- The Company built corn dryers at the feedmills in Makassar and Surabaya.
- PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk celebrated its 20th year of operation in Indonesia.

- The Company built additional corn dryers at the Makassar feedmill.
- The Company built breeding farms in Central Java and East Kalimantan.
- The Company upgraded its broiler chicken farms.
- The construction of five new silos at the Malindo Grobogan feedmill was completed in March 2020.
- The Company operated additional corn dryers at the Malindo feedmill in Makassar.
- The Company built broiler farms and chicken hatcheries in South Sumatera.

- Initial export of SunnyGold to Japan
- Malindo Plant Cikande received RECP Award from United Nations Industrial Development Organization.
