Job Description :
- Marketing Pet Food products (Wolly, Goldie, Star Rabbit, Super Rabit) to pet shops, veterinary clinics and pet food distributors.
- Looking for new customers and maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
- Create a marketing strategy to increase sales turnover in selling pet food products.
- Fostering and providing solutions to customers regarding product use and providing technical counseling in the field to customers.
- Collect payments from customers and control customer billing. Follow up on customer complaints.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Husbandry.
- Experience minimum 1 year as Sales Pet Food (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
- Able to operate MS Office (especially Excel).
- Have a driving license A.
- Placement in JaBoDeTaBek dan Makassar (South Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi & Southeast Sulawesi)

Job Description :
- Check the completeness of the documents, if there are deficiencies in the billing documents and return the documents to be completed to the relevant department.
- Calculate tax if there is a bill for services that is subject to tax. Ensure that the tax invoice received on the bill has the correct address and NPWP and submit it to the Tax department.
- Input BPV (Bank Payment Voucher) from the cashier.
- Input receive according to the bank book originating from intercompany repayment, refund of advance.
- Input adjustment journals such as salary, electricity, telephone, prepaid rent, insurance, employee benefits, director remuneration, and other accrued journals.
- Receive Petty Cash documents from Plant and check.
- In the closing process, all costs which are expenses in the current month must be input, if the bill does not yet exist, it will be estimated based on previous months. This aims to ensure that the financial report for the current month is close to the actual figure for the closing month. The bills that are accrued are: electricity, telephone, water, outsourcing, salary, BPJS, discretionary money expenses, leasing interest, insurance and rent depreciation.
- Create Debit Note for intercompany.
- Filling all documents (BPV, complete receipt, Journal Voucher) into the filing cabinet sequentially.
Qualification :
- Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Fresh graduate / 1 year experience
- Have knowledge of Accounting
- Has Brevet A&B
- Mastering the basics of Accounting (Cashbook and Payable)
- Proficient in using computers (especially Microsoft Office)
- Placement in Fatmawati, Jakarta Selatan
